Star City

near Darling Harbour

Star City is Sydney's gambling casino complex, just minutes away from Prymont Bridge and Darling Harbour.

Star City, with its glitzy Volcano entrance and tall wide stairway out the front, has a modern casino, a hotel and two entertainment theatres.

It has an excellent cheap restaurant buffet, designed to bring in more customers to the Star City casino. There is a shopping mall attached to the complex as well.

Bus number 888 (those numbers chosen because number 8 is believed by the Chinese to be lucky) takes punters to Star City; as do the Sydney Monorail and Metrail (tram) lines. Both have stops there, and there is also a taxi rank outside.
